Malsis School has a family atmosphere, created by the bubbly and caring nature of the 100 day and boarding children, makes an impression as soon as you arrive.

With small class sizes and a high ratio of highly talented teaching staff, activity instructors and sports coaches, each child strives for their very best across a well rounded and fun curriculum. Malsis is where confidence is nurtured and talent is discovered.

Sport is played five times a week with twice weekly match opportunities and talented players often go on to represent their county. Malsis is a centre of excellence for music, led by its professional voice coach and team of instrumental teachers.

The beautiful 42 acre grounds and proximity to the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Lake District, provide for over 70 regular activities from Abseiling to Yoga.

Malsis excels in educating boys and girls from Foundation to 13 years old when they emerge charming, modest, well balanced and with their sights set high. Since its foundation in 1920, Malsis has maintained its true independence allowing staff to help parents decide on the next school that is right for each individual.
